By the end of July we received a wonderful news from the magazine Civiltà del Bere: our champenoise method Cuvée dei Vignato has won a gold medal during the 8th edition of Wow – the Italian Wine Competition, a contest which awards Italian wines for their quality and authenticity.
Among a thousand wines that have been tasted, this award is very important for us because we have the chance to let people discover Durello and the amazing volcanic soil of Gambellara!
The blind tasting took place in Milan between June and July and the final result is the combination of 2 votes given by at least 3 qualified wine tasters that had to vote the overall quality (from 0 to 100) and the authenticity (from to 10) of each sample.
