As I promised you in the last newsletter this is one of the 2 news I’ve been working on lately. Everything was born by the idea of going beyond the couple Garganega-Gambellara on volcanic soil, that has always been the focus of our entire production.
He first new wine I’ve been working on will come out on the 1st of December and its name will be “L’Orso gentile (the kind-hearted Bear). It’s made of Garganega, grown on the hills of Costeggiola, where soil are rich in pink limestone. A strong and brave wine, gentle and with an harmonious soul, another interesting expression to taste this variety that, as you know, has a special place in my heart.

In a very famous wine production area with great tradition, such as Soave, I decided to cultivate Garganega to tell the features that are expressed here, following the link identity-nature-artisans that characterizes our entire production. Bear, beyond being the nickname my friends gave me since I was little, is an animal that loves climbing up the trees to look far for new explorations. In this adventure he has found a gentle expression of Garganega, with more scents compared with Gambellara Garganega. The adopters who came for the harvest were the first ones to taste it and with great surprise they have already booked some bottles. So, I had the idea to give people who receive my newsletter this opportunity too: if you want to be one of the first to open a bottle of L’Orso gentile, maybe during Christmas time, let me know replying to this email.
From December 1st you can stop by the cellar to taste it and why not, even buy a few bottles 😉
