L’Orso Saggio – Monti Lessini Durello “The wise Bear”

“L’orso Saggio” is produced with 100% Durella grape variety, cultivated on the volcanic hill called “Faldeo”. The idea is to discover a new Durella, a fascinating and charming wine. The grape bunches are harvested by mid October in order to intensify aromas and weaken the strong acidity typical of Durella.
