Following the experience with the Notturno tastings, Meteri — a company that supports artisan wine producers and helps me sell my wines in Italy — decided to experiment with a new, more intimate format. Notturno Pocket, a series of events designed to facilitate the direct meeting between producers, customers and operators in the sector.
The events will take place in various cities across Central and Northern Italy, offering opportunities for tasting and discussion. About 25 selected customers, including myself, will attend each meeting, together with the Meteri sales team. This will create an ideal context in which to delve deeper into the wines and strengthen relations between producers and restaurants. During the appointments, you will have the opportunity to sample some of the wines featured in the Meteri catalogue and discuss the work in the vineyard and cellar in person.
This roadshow will begin in Padua on 16 March and continue in Bologna on 31 March, Turin on 20 April, and Milan on 27 April, before closing in Verona or Mantua on 4 May (the final location is yet to be decided).
These moments provide a valuable opportunity to further strengthen relationships with professionals in the sector and showcase the daily work carried out in the Monti Lessini and Gambellara vineyards.
