We are getting bigger, we need more space so… we are working to improve the winey.
We are building a new portico of about 150 meters where I can store all the equipments and tractors that I use every day in the vineryard.
In this way the existent portico will be finally free and next year I’ll be able to extend the winery.
Moreover, on the roof of the existent winery it will be placed a 10,5 kW photovoltaic system that will grant energy independence in the future, a good investment since the cost of energy is very high. Environment also will benefit from this choice: I try to do my best to reduce environmental impact with my choices. The same is for the purchase of the equipment: last year I bought a new tractor with particulate system to protect the earth the more I can.
