Before we delve into the final days of the harvest, there is an opportunity to meet us away from the vineyard, although there will always be a glass of wine close by.
On Wednesday, 23 September, I will be at L’Ortica in Jesolo, hosting an evening dedicated to my wines and the history of my company.
The event starts at 5.30 pm in the format that the venue uses for meeting producers. It is an informal opportunity to sample some wines together, accompanied by “cicchetti” prepared by L’Ortica. It is also an opportunity to learn about the origins of the wines and the story behind each bottle.
I always enjoy talking about wine outside the cellar, looking people in the eye as they taste it, and answering any questions they might have. So, if you’re in Jesolo on 23 September, come and have a drink with me.
