The menu is seafood appetizer and panzotto with anchovy, octopus, burrata and smashed potatoes, while the wines will be “Primo Incontro”, then the champenoise method sparkling wine 35 months “Cuvée dei Vignato” and at the end a glass of Gambellara Classico Doc “Col Moenia” just before the final sorbet.
