An amazing start of the year! Few weeks ago I received a great news: I was among the winners of the International Restaurants Grand Prix 2019, a prestigious award dedicated to the culture of food and hospitality, supported by the International Maitres Association Hotel Restaurant, by the Italian Federation of Tourism (Federazione Italiana Settore Turismo) and by the ANIC Press Agency of Genova. This award is assigned every to some restaurants and excellent wineries and the ceremony takes place in a fabulous location: Rimini Grand Hotel.

On Monday 28th January, during the ceremony, there were all the chefs and wineries awarded by the panel, that was conducted by the journalist and food’n wine critic Pier Antonio Bonvicini; the motivations that conquered the panel were “the elegant and easy to drink volcanic wines produced on the hills of Gambellara”.

What else can I say? I’m proud and honored, mainly because these are very important aspects to me.
