On Saturday 6 June, we spent an exciting day with the people who adopted our vineyards. There are 23 rows bearing the names of as many wine lovers, countryside enthusiasts and people who enjoy spending time together, and we are proud of this!

For those who took part in the day organised for the joint defoliation of the vineyard, it was also an opportunity to witness the effects of the hailstorm on 2 June first hand, and to gain a better understanding of the amount of work, dedication and effort that goes into producing a bottle of wine. On the other hand, when working with an open sky above us, there are numerous weather variables and we must accept them as they come, defending ourselves as best we can and working hard to produce the best possible results.

In the vineyard, we uncovered the bunches of grapes that had been hidden under leaves. This allows them to receive more ventilation and sunlight, which promotes better ripening and enhances their aroma. As always, after all the hard work, there was an opportunity to come together over good food and wine. It was a very pleasant time for sharing thoughts and getting to know each other better.
