In the last few weeks, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Vino Vero, a wine shop in Venice and Lisbon with a wide range of natural wines, the first issue of Radical was published, a project dedicated to natural wine, a printed monographic magazine that will focus each time on a different wine region.
The first issue is dedicated to the Veneto region with an in-depth study on Durella grapes written by Gianpaolo Giacobbo. This will be a fully-fledged tasting journey through six classic methods from as many wineries that interpret the Durella grapes in a dialogue with their territory and according to their specific personalities. Alongside selected colleagues whom I hold in high esteem, I will also be there with the Cuvée dei Vignato 2017: a fine description of my wine recalls the mineral depth of the great Rieslings.
