As I told you in the latest newsletter, this year 2 new wines will be launched. We have been working very hard for both projects, studying the soil, the vines and the best conditions to let them express their real nature.

At the same time, we have been thinking about the taste of our clients and of wine lovers, and we’re happy to have important confirmations about our philosophy and our production sensibility. On one hand the desire to reveal these new bottles is very strong, on the other hand we still have to wait a little bit before filling up your glasses. 

In the meanwhile, I can anticipate that for the first wine we have worked with our beloved Garganega outside the soil of Gambellara, testing a fascinating terroir with new shades and vibrations. For the other wine we have worked with Durella, choosing a different path from the long aging champenoise method we already produce: it’s going to be an interesting version of it, always able to express the volcanic soul of our soil.
